Haven't received the delivery it's been more than a week

Quality is ok. But the font is all smudgy and very small and No book mark is provided with any of the books, which I was supposed to receive. Very disappointed and poor customer service:(

Quality of First 4 books is the series is good. Not bad. But the last book is not that great. And the spine of the book is bent a little. Not so satisfied:(

And I must say I just love this book. How the writer portrayed every heart broken person’s feelings.
