Reader in Bookland(“RIBL”) values your satisfaction and offers you returns within thirty (7) days after the estimated delivery date on most items. All returned items must be in the original condition, and new items should be unused with sealed components, where applicable.
If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org before proceeding with the return.
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee and/or return shipping fee for any return/refund that is not the result of RIBL’s error. Shipping and processing fees previously paid by you are all non-refundable.
